We committed to…

  • Soba noodles

We use gluten-free 100% buckwheat soba is made with 100% organic buckwheat flour which is freshly harvested and milled in Maine, USA. The buckwheat itself is improved from the Kitawase variety of buckwheat which originated from Hokkaido, Japan.

  • Dipping sauce and Soup

DESIGWe use water, dashi stock (extracted by a method that brings out the best in the stock), and gluten-free soy sauce that is slowly brewed using traditional Japanese brewing techniques.

  • Tempura

We value the flavor of the ingredients, and carefully fry each of our unique tempura. This includes kakiage (tempura mixed with seafood and vegetables) and seasonal ingredients.

  • Deepfied fishcake (Surimiten)

We make fish paste easy to eat by carefully hand making each one using traditional Japanese methods. Enjoy the various textures and colors by combining different ingredients.

Our SOBA

To ensure that our dishes are enjoyed in their best possible state, we do not offer takeout or delivery.

Unlike other noodles, soba is particularly delicate, especially in terms of its aroma and texture. The soba we serve is made from 100% buckwheat flour (juwari soba), which is very fragile, and its true flavor may not be fully appreciated in a takeout setting.

Additionally, our tempura and other dishes are carefully prepared and are best enjoyed fresh, so we prioritize serving them inside the restaurant.

We sincerely hope you’ll enjoy our freshly made dishes here with us. Thank you for your continued patronage.

New Year's Eve Soba Service – Welcome the New Year with Japanese Tradition!

Why not spend a special moment with us this New Year’s Eve?

In Japan, it’s a tradition to enjoy toshikoshi soba and welcome the new year by either ringing the Joya no Kane (New Year’s Eve bell) or listening to its solemn chimes. At our restaurant, we’ll be serving warm toshikoshi soba, and just across the street, you can experience ringing the temple bell yourself. It’s the perfect way to refresh your mind and body as you reflect on the year and peacefully welcome the new one.
